Is the prayer of someone who does not face the qibla valid?

Is the prayer of someone who does not face the qibla valid?

Answer

Facing the qibla [direction of prayer] is a condition for the validity of prayer. The prayer of a person who does not face the qibla is invalid and he is obliged to repeat it.
And God the Almighty knows best.
