Fasting for women

Are all Muslim women required to fast?

Answer

A Muslim woman who has reached the age of puberty, is sound of mind, capable of fasting, and free of anything that impedes fasting such as menstruation and post-natal bleeding, is required to fast.

God the Almighty knows best.
