Egypt's Grand Mufti, Dr. Shawki Allam, is currently on a visit to Jeddah to take part in an international conference on peace in Afghanistan form 10-11 July, 2018. He will present Dar al-Ifta experiment in combating extremism, and preside the conference's second session titled "Islam's Stance on Violent Extremism".

A group of world's prominent religious leaders from Afghanistan, KSA, Egypt, Pakistan, Indonesia, Sudan and Morocco attending the conference to investigate the means of achieving peace and stability in Afghanistan.
