After submitting your question, you will be issued a code to identify your question anonymously and access the answer. After the Fatwa Council answers your question, you will receive an email, and you will be able to easily access the answer on our website using your unique code.

You submit a request and all the necessary information at our front desk. The question is presented to our Fatwa council, and then you’re given a specific date to receive your fatwa, written and stamped. Translators are also available upon request.

You can call us anytime during our business hours to record a question. Then you will be given a unique code to be able to call back and retrieve your answer anonymously within one to two hours.

The inquirer mails their question to our address. The question is then presented to the Fatwa council. After it is answered, the fatwa is mailed back to the address provided by the inquirer.

The option is offered to those who want to fax their questions to us. The question is then presented to the fatwa council after which the answer is faxed back or sent by mail (if requested).

Walk-in Service Walk-in Service

This option is offered to those who wish to meet in person with a member of our fatwa council (a scholar or a mufti). Answers to your questions are usually given during the session, unless specified otherwise by the mufti you meet with.
