Dr. Osama Al-Azhari, the Minister of Awqaf, delivered a powerful speech at the opening of the Ninth International Fatwa Conference, emphasizing the critical role of Islamic ethics in building a better world and condemning the insult to Jesus Christ, peace be upon him, by the Paris Olympics. Speaking on behalf of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, he highlighted the unity of Egypt's Islamic institutions under Al-Azhar Al-Sharif's leadership and the importance of joint cooperation in serving Islam and Muslims. He linked fatwas to ethics, asserting that Islamic morals are the solution to contemporary global issues, supported by noble hadiths illustrating their positive societal impact. He stressed the solidarity of Egypt's religious bodies under Al-Azhar's banner and the Grand Imam's guidance.
