What should Muslims do during the holy month of Ramadan?

Muslims must be mindful of Allah Almighty in all their actions and avoid anything that incurs His anger, whether in speech or deed. They should regularly read the Quran and seek the forgiveness of Allah, treat others with kindness, and refrain from vulgarity and arguing loudly. If someone quarrels with or insults them, they should respond by saying, "I am fasting," seeking the pleasure of Allah Almighty. Moreover, capable Muslims should show compassion to the poor and needy by giving them zakat al-Fitr, which serves as a purification for the fasting person.
