What is the ruling of Playing the Quran during office hours?

Allah Almighty says, When the Quran is recited, then listen to it and pay attention that you may receive mercy.
[Al-A'raf: 204]
Abdul-Jabar ibn Ahmed said in Fawa`id Al-Qur`an that the disbelievers used to deliberately make a tumult to distract the Muslims when they listened to recitations of the Qur`an."
There is no legal objection to playing the Qur`an during working hours if:
- The [employees] are not deliberately inattentive to the recitation.
- They do not distract those who are listening to it.
