Is the one who doesn`t offer the prostration of Qur`anic recital considered sinful?

The prostration of Qur`anic recital is a sunna and whosoever recites a verse that requires prostration should perform it. It is also a sunna for the reciter and listener alike. Though it is not blameworthy to omit it, one deprives oneself a great reward by doing so. It is obligatory to offer the prostration of Qur`anic recital in congregational prayer following the lead of the imam.
