Should the basmalah be recited after saying ‘Allahu akbar’ which marks the beginning of prayer?

A person who is praying must recite the basmalah [saying ‘bismillah al-Rahman al-Raheem’ i.e. in the name of God the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful] at the beginning of Al-Fatiha and in every rak`a [cycle of prayer] because it is one of the verses of the Quranic chapter.
And God the Almighty knows best.
