Egypt's Grand Mufti, President of the General Secretariat for Fatwa Authorities Worldwide, Dr. Nazir Mohamed Ayyad, and Bibliotheca Alexandrina Director Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Zayed signed a cooperation agreement to launch the "Digital Memory of Egypt's Dar al-Ifta" project.

The initiative will preserve and digitize Dar al-Ifta's fatwa heritage using advanced digital and AI technologies, supporting scholarly research, expanding access to its historical collections, and safeguarding this rich intellectual legacy for future generations.
