His Excellency Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, the President of Egypt, met with the participant foreign delegations, Monday morning at Itihadiya Palace.

During the meeting, the President confirmed the importance of the work implemented by fatwa authorities worldwide and reiterated the necessity of the consideration of future eventualities to elevate Ifta-related discourse.

The sixth international conference of the General Secretariat for Fatwa Authorities Worldwide is held under the umbrella of Egypt’s Dar al-Ifta in Cairo from 2-3 August 2021/23-24 Dhul Hijjah under the kind auspices of His Excellency Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, the President of Egypt, and with the kind participation of the honorable ministers, muftis, ambassadors, scholars, statesmen, journalists, and media figures.
