What is the ruling concerning playing (a recorded recitation) the Qur`an during official working hours?

 

God Almighty says: “When the Quran is recited, then listen to it, and pay attention so that you may receive mercy” (Quran 7:204).
There is no legal objection to playing the Quran during working hours if:
- The [employees] are not deliberately inattentive to the recitation.
- They do not distract those who are listening to it.

God Almighty knows best.
