Hastening to stone after midnight on the days of Tashreeq

Question

We performed Hajj last year, and according to the program set by the tourist company, we performed the rite of stoning as follows:

• After leaving Muzdalifa, we made Tawaf al-Ifada, stoned the jamarat and then shaved.
• We made the second stoning after sunset on the first day of Tashreeq [the first day following 'Eid].
• We made the third stoning after midnight of the second day of Tashreeq after the company verified the validity of stoning at this hour even though this did not conform to the Saudi authorities.
• Before dawn, we made Tawaf al-Wada' [Farewell circumambulation] and in the morning we headed to Cairo via Jeddah.
Are these the correct steps and is there any fatwa that validates stoning after midnight? In brief, is the pilgrimage valid or do we need to make expiation?

Answer

Your Hajj is valid and the steps you followed are correct. We ask God to accept your Hajj.
