Is it permissible to perform ‘Umrah more than once during the same journey to the Sacred House?

There is no legal impediment to performing ‘Umrah multiple times during a single journey, provided that the rites of ‘Umrah, namely ihram, tawaf, sa’y, and shaving or trimming the hair, are performed each time. This is because ‘Umrah is a recommended Sunnah, a voluntary act of worship, and a means of drawing closer to Allah Almighty. This is evidenced by the words of Allah Almighty, “Indeed, al-Safa and al-Marwa are among the symbols of Allah. So, whoever performs Hajj to the House or performs ‘Umrah, there is no blame upon him to walk between them. And whoever does good voluntarily—then indeed, Allah is Appreciative, All-Knowing” (Quran, 2:158) and “And complete the Hajj and the ‘Umrah for Allah” (Quran, 2:196).
