It is permissible for a married woman to do with her eyebrows whatever she wishes, either for adornment or treatment, with her husband's consent.
As for removing woman's body her, it is permissible and there is no legal objection even if this involves the entire area of the 'awra [parts of the body that must be concealed] with the intention to please her husband and help him remains chaste.
