I’d like to know if a marriage through Skype is allowed if both sides have witnesses and both printed out the same marriage contract?

The internet is nothing but a means of communication through which you may express your desire to conduct the marriage contract and agree on meeting in a certain place to conclude the marriage contract and fulfill its integrals and conditions according to Islamic law. It is obligatory for the validity of the marriage contract to meet all its integrals while being in one sitting. It is invalid to conduct a marriage contract via chat rooms on the internet because it does not meet these conditions, unless it is regulated by the law of the country in a manner that guarantees fulfilling these [previously mentioned conditions and spouses rights.
