My question is that I am a Muslim Egyptian woman married to a Muslim Swiss man and we are living in Egypt, and we have a son and a daughter. My husband was married before and has a son and a daughter who are not Muslims, what would be the inheritance law regarding his real estate in Switzerland and in Egypt?

It is legally established that inheritance is to be divided among the individuals of the same religion—i.e. there is no inheritance among Muslims and non-Muslims. However, a Muslim person is free to give out whatever he wishes from his own property to his non-Muslim relatives in his life to maintain the ties of kinship and be good to them.
