Is it permissible to offer the istikhara prayer [prayer for guidance and seeking a choice] after the witr prayer?

It is permissible to offer the istikhara before or after the witr prayer as it is permissible at any time provided it is not a time when prayer is disliked.
And God the Almighty knows best.
