Is eating octopus and squid permissible? What about ostrich, frogs and turtles?

According to the majority of the Sunni scholars, it is lawful to eat all sea animals. There is a scholarly disagreement over eating frogs and turtles, with the majority of scholars prohibiting them because they are not categorized as sea animals. It was mentioned that some scholars permitted eating them and there is no objection to following this opinion.
It is permissible to eat ostrich meat.
