H.E. Dr. Nazir Mohammed Ayyad, Grand Mufti of Egypt and President of the General Secretariat for Fatwa Authorities Worldwide, met with members and officials of  the World Organization for Al-Azhar Graduates in Kuala Lumpur.

During the meeting, Dr. Ayyad emphasized the importance of promoting moderation, supporting Arabic language education, and strengthening academic and training cooperation between Egyptian and Malaysian institutions. Participants reaffirmed their commitment to advancing Al-Azhar’s moderate message and enhancing educational and cultural ties between Egypt and Malaysia.

The meeting was held on the sidelines of Dr. Ayyad's participation in the 3rd International Summit of Religious Leaders this week.
