Cooperation between Dar al-Iftaa and foreign journalists through publishing a guide to the facts concerning infedilizing methodology

The media center at Dar al-Iftaa al-Misriyyah published an international guide in English for foreign journalists and reporters specialized in covering the news of the Islamic world. This guide is titled [Deconstructing the ideology of QSIS] and comes among the initiative launched by Dar al-Iftaa al-Missriyyah against Qaida separatists in Iraq and Syria which is known as ISIS.

Dr. Ibrahim Negm –the advisor to the grand mufti-emphasized that this guide aims to correct the erroneous stereotypes attached to Islam due to the horrendous acts of some terrorist groups as QSIS and Boko Haram.

The advisor to the grand mufti has launched the first chapter of this guide in English on Dar al-Iftaa’s website. It includes a detailed explanation about the concept of Jihad and its criterions in Islamic law, the ruling of Sharia on trafficking of women and displacing Christians.

Dr. Negm concluded by saying that Dar al-Iftaa al-Misriyyah has launched this guide for helping international news agencies to become aware of the basic facts about Islam and the cultural communication problems with the west.
