Egypt’s Mufti, Dr. Shawki Allam, arrived at Sarajevo international airport to start an official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina in response to an invitation extended by HE Husein Kavazović, Grand Mufti of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During the coming days of his visit, which is the first of its kind, Dr. Allam is to meet a number of officials there and will conduct a lecture at Sarajevo’s faculty of Islamic studies.
HE Sheikh Husein Kavazović and Yasser Sorour, Egypt’s ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina received Dr. Allam at Sarajevo’s international airport on Monday.
