What is the ruling in Islamic law regarding the manufacturing, sale, marketing, and import or export of cosmetic tools and products?

In Islamic law, the default principle is that everything is permissible unless it is explicitly prohibited in the Quran or the sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). A woman’s adornment for her husband is among the things Allah Almighty has made permissible, and this may include the use of cosmetic tools and products manufactured by companies in the beauty industry. Therefore, engaging in industrial or commercial work in this field is permissible, as long as the products do not have harmful side effects.
