We are very often subjected to harsh criticism from Europeans who keep dogs, because we are concerned that our clothes (which should remain pure) may come into contact with their impurity. Is there a jurisprudential school that considers dogs to be pure so that this may lift the hardship from us?

According to Imam Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), dogs are ritually pure. This is the opinion upon which fatwa is issued in western countries.
