The 2016 annual dialogue report was released at the World Economic Forum entitled “Annual Dialogue Report: The Grand Mufti Shawqy Allam Initiative.” In the preface to the report, Michael Moller, Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva, notes that Dr. Allam’s initiative aims for a better understanding regarding the motives for extremism and for a clear call to accept principles, standards, and laws.
