Chapter 20 Excellence of the two rakahs {before} the dawn (Fajr) prayer
It is narrated from Ibn Umar that a man once said: ''O messenger of Allah, tell me of some action by which Allah will grant me benefit''. {The prophet (PBUH)} replied: ''Be sure to offer the two {Sunnah} raka'hs before the Fajr (dawn) prayer: there is great merit in them''.

Another narration, also from Ibn Umar: ''I heard Allah's messenger (PBUH) say, ''Do not omit the two Rak'ahs before the fajr prayer, for they contain all that one could wish for''.
It was reported by 'Aishah that the prophet (PBUH) said: ''The two {Sunnah} Rak'ahs of Fajr are better than this world and all that is in it''.
In another version, from Muslim: ''They are dearer to me that the whole world''.
