As part of the concluding remarks of Egypt's Dar al-Ifta 8th International Conference "Fatwa and the Challenges of the Third Millennium", Senior Advisor to Egypt's Mufti, Secretary-General of the General Secretariat for Fatwa Authorities Worldwide, Dr. Ibrahim Negm delivered an inspiring speech on the importance of strategic vision, highlighting the five core pillars that together constitute the rational management manifested in the leadership of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi as well as Egypt's Grand Mufti.

Dr. Negm emphasized that working within the influential circles represented by mutual efforts and cooperation on both individual and institutional levels are key factors to the formula of success. "To this effect, Egypt is always the answer key at hard times," Dr. Negm noted.
