Could you please explain whether khul’ can be initiated by a woman only if the husband refuses to divorce her? What if she begins the process without first requesting divorce? I am seeking divorce (Khul) from my husband. What is he entitled to take back?

Unfortunately my husband and I reached the decision of divorce. But it will be in form of (khol3). In the case of 'khol3', my question is, what money should the husband receive from the wife? My husband wants the following: Shabka, mahr, the money he spent to make the wedding, and the money he spent on the honey moon. Is this what our religion says? Is it his right to get all this money?
