Question

Answer

The virtue of maintaining patience towards parental injustice
Tolerating parental injustice raises a person’s rank in the sight of God the Almighty. God also compensates him in abundance in this life and gives him much more than what his parents deprived him of. However, being rude and quarreling with them to an extent that affects their health, waives a person’s reward and renders him guilty in the sight of God the Almighty.

Parents are entitled to dispose of their own property without any restrictions
It is permissible for parents to dispose of their property however they wish and spend money on their children according to what they see fit. Children are not entitled to object to how their parents spend their money provided they are not entitled to it.

As long as a person is still financially dependent on his parents, his only right to their property is his expenses. Children cease to have right to parental money when they attain puberty and get married. Parents are entitled to dispose of their property as they wish provided they are not legally incompetent.

The ruling
Your sister must be mindful of God the Almighty and know that if she does not repent from what is doing, He will punish her for it and she will experience the same treatment from her children.
