I was deeply encouraged by the remarkable progress our beloved nation, Egypt, continues to make in strengthening its state institutions and enhancing its military and security capabilities under the wise leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Such achievements reaffirm that strong and resilient nations are built upon knowledge, diligent work, and sincere dedication, and that safeguarding national security and stability is both a religious responsibility and a patriotic obligation.

The inauguration of "The Octagon",  the State's Strategic Command Headquarters, today, Saturday, 4 July 2026, in the New Administrative Capital, reflects Egypt's ongoing commitment to modernizing its national institutions in line with the highest contemporary standards.

This important milestone further strengthens the state's capacity to protect the nation, preserve its resources, and respond effectively to evolving challenges. It also underscores the principle that responsible national strength is an essential pillar for safeguarding peace, stability, and sustainable development.

I pray that Almighty God continues to protect Egypt—its leadership, people, and armed forces—from all harm, bless it with enduring security and stability, and grant its leaders and citizens success in all that serves the welfare and prosperity of the nation.
